RESERVATION DEPOSITS
For weekly rentals - Deposit is 3 nights, paid in advance.  Minimum 5 night booking.  
For month long rentals - Deposit is 1 week, paid in advance. 

DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF $500 IS TO BE PAID AT TIME OF CHECK-IN

2024 / 2025 Pricing
- High season: Nov 15 - April 15 - $400 USD per night (minimum 5 night booking/ less than 5 nights- $450 per night)  
​                            $2,700 per week / $5,500 per month

- Low season: April 15 - Nov 15 - $300 per night ( minimum 5 night booking/ less than 5 nights- $350 per night)
                          $1,500 per week / $3,500 per month

                                                                         13% IVA / Sales tax must be added. 

Minimum 5 night stay and maximum 3-4 month long term. 

Electricity, internet, water, 1 x per month cleaning included.

13% IVA sales tax is not included in this price, and will be added to your total price.

Refund policy:
3 months prior to the date you are booked - full refund
1.5 months prior - 50% refund
Less than 1 month prior - we will have a conversation.
